HOW TO ORDER
a step-by-step guide
STEP ONE
enquire
Have a browse around our website to get a feel for our design style. Our Collection is a good place to start but remember these can be customised to suit your theme. Here you will also find our price list which will give you a guide to our costs. If you see something you like, you can get in touch via our online form or send us an email to info@emmaloustationery.co.uk
STEP THREE
confirm booking
Once you’re happy and would like to book, we will send you an invoice for the agreed quote. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Once payment has been received, we will send you a booking questionnaire which allows us to gather all your wedding information. We will be on hand to help with the wording of your invitations if required. We do not start any design work until the deposit has been received.
STEP FIVE
print & production
Once the proof has been approved, we will send an invoice for the final payment. After payment has been received, your order is sent to print! We will check everything is perfect with your stationery and then add any finishes touches (such as belly bands or wax seals). Unless you request otherwise, your invitations will arrive to you fully assembled.
STEP TWO
quote
We will discuss which Collection you are interested in or whether you would prefer to use our bespoke service. Feel free to ask any questions at this stage and be sure to let us know all about your ideas and plans for your big day - the colours, style and theme. Once we know all your requirements, we can provide you with a detailed quote that is personalised to you.
STEP FOUR
design & proof
After we have confirmed your wording, we will begin working on the design, our favourite part! A PDF proof will be sent to you for approval. This will need to be checked carefully for the correct spelling, grammar, colours and design. It is a great idea to get someone else to check over the proof too. Two rounds of amends are included in the quote so this is the perfect time to make sure you are completely happy. Once we have completed any amends, a final proof will be sent for sign off.
STEP SIX
delivery
Your order is packaged up carefully and sent to your requested address using a tracked delivery method. Collection is available if you live locally to Wokingham.
